The Company is committed to a policy of continuously improving quality performance throughout the business, to ensure that high standards of product and service are achieved.

Our constant aim is to exceed the expectations of our customers ... every time.

Employees

All employees are actively involved in the management of quality at every stage of the process. Written quality standards and procedures are laid down for all operations. It is each employee’s responsibility to ensure that the quality of the product or service under his or her control meets and exceeds the required standard.
Quality System

The Company is fully committed to a quality management system that ensures all of its products and services meet and exceed the needs and expectations of its customers. Specifically:
  • Quality means fitness for the intended purpose.
  • Quality improvement is tackled systematically, designed to prevent problems arising rather than trying to control them after they have occurred.
  • The Company works closely with customers, employees, suppliers, sub-contractors and interested third parties to improve product and service quality.
  • The Company operates the quality system in a professional and efficient manner, at competitive cost and to specific timescales.
  • The Company is approved to ISO 9001.2000 and has held a quality standard since 1992.
System Development

The quality management system is continuously evaluated and amended to ensure that it meets the changing needs of the business and its customers.
